For the past few weeks, in our sacral practices we were given a challenge. The task was simple on the surface, yet very demanding in reality. We were asked to do the same meditation every day for twenty-one days. Not once, not when inspiration comes, but daily. To return to it again and again as if knocking on the same door, trusting that something inside would eventually open.

I want to talk about pain in relationships. The kind of pain that appears in certain moments of interaction with another person. Moments when something inside suddenly contracts. When the body becomes heavy. When thoughts start circling the same questions again and again. Why did they do that. Why did they say that. Why did they disappear. Why does it feel like this.

A mistake at least means movement. The most dangerous thing is when you change nothing.

We are on the air with female arousal. And honestly, this might be one of the most misunderstood topics in human culture. We live in a time when almost any information is instantly accessible. Yet when the conversation turns to the female body, basic truths are still surrounded by myths, awkward silence, and centuries of cultural distortion.
