My story
I spent years becoming someone the world admired. Somewhere along the way, I stopped recognizing myself.

For more than twenty years, I built the life I believed I was supposed to want. Three university degrees. An international corporate career. Executive leadership. Recognition, responsibility, and success. From the outside, my life looked complete. Inside, I was slowly disappearing. OptiLife grew from the transformation that followed. |
The life I never planned
My transformation was not quiet, graceful, or carefully planned. It changed everything.
For years, I moved through airports, boardrooms, deadlines, and constant responsibility. I became highly skilled at functioning, achieving, leading, and carrying whatever needed to be carried.
Then the structures that had defined me began to fall away. What followed was not a search for better balance. It was the dismantling of an identity I had spent decades building, and the beginning of a life that finally felt true.

The return I had spent years learning how to function. Now I had to learn how to live.My path became a long exploration of the human experience. I immersed myself in shadow work, trauma, grief, somatic practice, meditation, sacred dance, nervous system science, herbal traditions, ritual, traditional sauna culture, psychology, and the wisdom of nature. Along the way, I developed a deep respect for Indigenous wisdom traditions and for the cultures that have preserved humanity's relationship with the living world across generations. I also studied the role altered states of consciousness can play in personal transformation when approached with intention, preparation, humility, and deep respect. |

The life that followed People don't come for what I do. They come for the state behind it.Eventually, I left the corporate world and created a different kind of life, one rooted in nature, embodiment, meaningful work, and the courage to stop performing a version of myself that no longer felt true. People don't come to me for dance. They come because they can feel a different state of being: a slower rhythm, a deeper presence, and a life that no longer revolves around rushing, proving, or performing. Many have seen my own before and after. They are not looking for perfect answers. They are looking for evidence that profound change is possible, and for a place where they can begin to feel that possibility within themselves. |

The heart of the work
You do not need another method. You need a space where you can hear yourself again.
Transformation does not begin by fixing who you are. It begins when the noise becomes quiet enough for you to recognize what is already trying to emerge.
How I work
No two people need the same path.
We do not choose the method first. We begin by listening to what your life is asking for.
Sometimes the deepest work is a three-night immersion in the forest. Sometimes it is movement, silence, sauna, grief, or one honest conversation that changes what follows.
The approach
Transformation happens when every part of you begins moving in the same direction.
Insight can open a door. Lasting change asks the body, psyche, spirit, relationships, choices, and daily life to move through it together.
Body
Movement, breath, rhythm, rest, sauna, sensory awareness, and somatic practice bring the body back into the conversation.
Mind
We explore identity, fear, grief, shadow, relationships, inner conflict, and the stories still directing your life.
Spirit
Nature, ritual, meditation, silence, creativity, and reverence create space for meaning, intuition, and mystery.
Preparation & integration
A profound experience may show you something. Integration determines whether your life changes with it.
I offer educational preparation and integration support for people navigating meaningful spiritual, transpersonal, psychedelic, and altered-state experiences.

A multidisciplinary foundation for deeply human work
My work draws from professional education, lived experience, and years of study across transformation, embodiment, spirituality, natural health, grief, consciousness, and the human psyche.
Private work
This work is intimate, personalized, and offered by application.
Most OptiLife offerings are created for women. I also work privately with a small number of men moving through profound personal transition, grief, burnout, relationship change, leadership pressure, identity shifts, or spiritual questioning.
Every request begins with a conversation so we can explore what is changing, what kind of support may genuinely serve you, and whether working together feels right.
Begin here
You do not need to know exactly what you need before reaching out.
Tell me where you are, what has been changing, and what is asking for your attention. We will begin there.
