About
The vision
Modern life has separated many of us from depth, nature, community, and the intelligence of the body.
OptiLife was created as a response to that disconnection. It is a grounded educational space where women can slow down, listen deeply, restore their nervous systems, reconnect with the land, and remember how life feels when it is lived in rhythm again.
The work brings together somatic education, seasonal living, sacred movement, cultural arts, forest residencies, retreats, and community-centered experiences. At its heart, OptiLife is about returning to the body as a source of truth, resilience, creativity, and belonging.
Women as home
A woman should not have to stand alone in every threshold of her life.
One of the deepest principles behind OptiLife is simple: women need spaces where they can be held by other women without performance, comparison, or judgment. A woman can be strong and still need warmth. She can be capable and still need a circle. She can be in transition, grief, leadership, motherhood, creativity, exhaustion, or awakening, and still deserve a place where she does not have to explain why she is tired or the way she is.
This work is rooted in the understanding that women become a kind of home for one another when the space is honest, grounded, and safe enough for truth. We stand with one another, beside one another, and behind one another, so that restoration is not an isolated act of self-improvement, but a return to belonging.
Founder
Created by Alena
Alena is a transformational guide, somatic educator, sacred movement practitioner, and natural health professional whose work integrates body, mind, and spirit into one living process of restoration and self-reconnection.
Her background combines transformational coaching, herbalism, sacred dance, nervous system awareness, grief and end-of-life support, shadow work rooted in Jungian psychology, and guidance through altered and transitional states of consciousness. Her work includes meditation, ritual space, somatic movement, emotional integration, and body-based practices that help people navigate periods of inner change with greater grounding, honesty, and clarity.
This space grew from a simple recognition: many people are overwhelmed with information, yet remain deeply disconnected from themselves. Beneath burnout, emotional numbness, overachievement, grief, or constant striving, there is often a nervous system asking for safety, a body asking to be heard, and a deeper part of the self waiting to return.
OptiLife was created as a grounded space for women navigating transitions, leadership fatigue, creative thresholds, emotional transformation, questioning, grief, or the quiet realization that the old way of living no longer feels sustainable. The work is experiential, relational, and deeply human. It honors the intelligence of the body, the depth of the psyche, the rhythms of nature, and the practical reality of everyday life.
Training, certifications & frameworks
What guides the work
A grounded framework for embodied transformation
Body
The body is approached as a living source of intelligence. Through movement, breath, nervous system awareness, rhythm, rest, and somatic practices, people begin reconnecting with instinct, emotion, and inner coherence.
Mind
The work includes reflection, shadow awareness, emotional honesty, grief literacy, and the examination of unconscious patterns that shape relationships, identity, and the way people move through life.
Spirit
Nature, ritual, sacred movement, seasonal cycles, meditation, altered states work, and deep presence create space for reconnection with meaning, intuition, and the larger rhythms of life.
Private work
Individual work for men is available on a limited basis
While the majority of OptiLife offerings are designed for women, Alena also works privately with a small number of men navigating periods of deep personal transition, emotional burnout, relationship transformation, leadership pressure, grief, identity shifts, or spiritual questioning.
This work is offered individually and by application only. Each request begins with a conversation to determine alignment, readiness, and whether the work is an appropriate fit for both sides.
