I had a dream last night.

A sexual connection belongs to the body. Marriage belongs to the social structure. A heart connection is a meeting of consciousness.

For the past few weeks, in our sacral practices we were given a challenge. The task was simple on the surface, yet very demanding in reality. We were asked to do the same meditation every day for twenty-one days. Not once, not when inspiration comes, but daily. To return to it again and again as if knocking on the same door, trusting that something inside would eventually open.
