If waiting is not the answer, does that mean you should chase everything that catches your attention? Not quite. The real question is where your energy is meant to be invested. Some people, relationships, and opportunities pull you into exhaustion while convincing you they're your destiny. Others ask for effort and participation, yet leave you feeling stronger, more alive, and more connected to yourself. The difference often has less to do with whether something stays and more to do with who you become while engaging with it.

We often think fear stops us. More often, it talks us out of ourselves. It creates stories about what will happen, what others think, what we are allowed to want, and what might go wrong. Over time those stories can become more real than reality itself. Sometimes finding yourself is not about learning something new. Sometimes it begins when you stop believing every story your fear is trying to tell.
