Welcome to the place of wisdom

Can consciousness change the way we age?

I was reading something from Deepak Chopra and wanted to share something, because I agree with him on so many levels!

Time heals?

Sometimes healing doesn't take years. Sometimes it begins the moment we stop protecting an illusion and choose to face the truth. This Bull of Dharma stands on four pillars of inner integrity showing how truth became the first step that led me back to compassion, purity, freedom, and ultimately, myself.

Vows do not save us from loneliness

Many people are afraid of being alone. Far fewer are afraid of spending years beside someone with whom they can no longer be fully themselves. Sometimes loneliness has nothing to do with an empty house. Sometimes it appears in the very places where we expected to find love, safety, and belonging.

The woman behind glass

What if ancestral healing begins the moment we stop looking for a witch and start looking within?

The Summer Solstice is the practice of not being afraid of LIFE

If Samhain teaches us not to fear death, perhaps Litha teaches us not to fear life. Nature doesn't apologize for blooming, having sex, creating.... and maybe we shouldn't apologize for being fully alive either. This is an invitation to remember our vitality, our sensuality, and our courage to say YES to what truly calls us... FEEL your own sexuality! ooooooooooze with it!
