Litha: a midsummer women’s retreat

A forest-based immersive retreat for women centered around embodiment, seasonal living, movement, sauna culture, nature connection, and feminine restoration.

Midsummer immersion

A return to body, vitality, creativity, and the living intelligence of nature.

Litha is a midsummer women’s retreat rooted in nature, embodiment, movement, sauna culture, seasonal living, and feminine restoration.

Held during the longest days of the year, this immersive forest gathering is designed as a return to the body, creativity, vitality, and inner aliveness through movement, herbal traditions, nature practices, deep rest, and meaningful community.

Over four days, women will gather for guided movement, forest herb walks, sauna rituals, reflective circles, body-based practices, creativity, and restorative experiences designed to reconnect them with rhythm, sensitivity, expression, and grounded inner presence.

Who this is for

For women longing for a slower, fuller, more embodied relationship with themselves and life.

This retreat may resonate with women who feel disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed by constant productivity, creatively exhausted, emotionally numb, or simply longing for a more meaningful relationship with nature, community, and inner aliveness.

No previous experience with movement, retreats, or embodiment practices is required. This is not about performance. It is about presence, restoration, and returning to the body in a safe and respectful way.
