Litha retreat 2026

Litha: a midsummer women’s retreat

Litha is a four-day midsummer women’s retreat rooted in nature, embodiment, movement, sauna culture, herbal traditions, seasonal living, and feminine restoration.

Held during the longest days of the year in the Wisconsin Northwoods, this immersive forest gathering is designed as a return to the body, vitality, creativity, inner aliveness, and meaningful connection through movement, nature practices, deep rest, warmth, and community.

Over four days, participants will gather for guided movement practices, forest herb walks, sauna experiences, women’s circles, herbal wrapping rituals, restorative meals, creativity, quiet integration, and nature immersion designed to reconnect women with rhythm, sensitivity, grounded presence, and embodied living.

The retreat includes:

  • Sauna culture and herbal steam experiences
  • Women’s circles and reflective gatherings
  • Herbal wrapping and restorative body practices
  • Nature immersion and quiet integration time
  • Seasonal midsummer practices and fire gathering
