The Flashlight Method is a practice of learning to see what has been quietly shaping your life from beneath your awareness. Most of us don’t respond directly to what happens—we respond to the meaning our mind automatically gives it, often so quickly that we mistake our interpretation for reality.

In this training, you’ll learn to recognize those automatic stories, assumptions, fears, expectations, and patterns as they happen. Rather than trying to fix yourself, think positively, or force yourself to change, you’ll practice observing your own mind and questioning what you have always assumed to be true.

This is a journey of learning to see, and learning to unlearn. Because once you can see the difference between what actually happened and the story your mind created about it, something important becomes possible: you have a choice. And that is where real change begins.

The Flashlight Method will be offered in two formats, depending on how deeply you want to enter the process.

Online Group. We’ll move through the training together week by week: library of pre-recorded information for you to digest, individual and online group practices, homework, group sharing, and ongoing support in our private chat. I’ll be present throughout the process, working with you as a group and helping you stay engaged with the practice.

Deep Immersion: Online + In-Person. This includes the full online training above, plus individual 1:1 support from me and the opportunity to participate in three different in-person mysteries and initiatory experiences with me in the forest. Each one will be a distinct threshold within the larger process, combining deep personal work, sauna rituals, nature-based practices, initiation (depending on each person's readiness), and integration. Because this path involves much deeper and more intensive work, participation will be very limited and available by application and personal interview only, including screening for relevant health conditions, contraindications, and overall readiness for the process.
