Welcome to the place of wisdom

Ego vs. The Call

The ego tries to secure its existence through the physical world.
It compares, fears, calculates options, fantasizes, gets disappointed.

The call becomes distinguishable only when we stop searching and surrender.

The ego says: “Why don’t you compare yourself to someone else?”

The call says: “Let’s find out what’s there. Let’s create and see what happens.”

When you are led by the ego, after every step there is a feeling like after McDonald’s, either regret, or you can’t stop.

When you are led by the call, after every step you become calmer.

The ego always speaks through benefits.
Like: “If you make content, you’ll become famous.”

The call speaks without benefits.
Not when you “should,” but when you “cannot not do it.”

When you follow the call, there is no euphoria.
There is only loyalty to yourself and a quiet satisfaction.
You no longer feel like you are fighting or resisting something.

As long as we are in the ego, choosing ourselves is not possible.

To step out of the ego, you need to learn to devote yourself to something greater than the ego.
For example, to love, to truth, or to humanity.

If you want, I can refine this into a sharper, more “you” version, either more poetic, more provocative, or more grounded.
